I grew up in Ancaster, Ontario, and have spent my entire career working in the agricultural field; including the grain, cattle and food services disciplines. Most recently, I was President and CEO of the largest grain export facility in Canada.
While living in Prince Rupert, B.C. for the past 18 years, I developed a love for sport fishing and a deep appreciation for the unaltered beauty of the Pacific Northwest Ocean.
It is my joy and privilege to return home to Ontario and present the glorious fish from Canada's pure West Coast waters to the people of Southern Ontario. I am committed to treating patrons to consistent, outstanding service and relaxed fine dining at OC's West Coast Seafood + Sushi.
